Remove pieces before exercise, gardening, swimming, and washing up. Apply hand cream and perfume before putting jewelry on, not after. Store pieces separately so harder stones do not scratch softer metals.

To clean at home, soak in warm water with a drop of mild soap, brush gently with a soft toothbrush, rinse, and pat dry with a lint-free cloth.

Every Hajar piece carries a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. We offer complimentary cleaning and a professional setting check once a year, for as long as you own the piece.

Resizing, restringing, and stone-tightening are offered at cost. Bring your piece to the atelier or arrange an insured return, and we will take care of it.
